"La Filanda" is the name of the flat situated on first floor, in the rooms where, many years ago, the Geminiani's womenfolk worked hemp and cotton to make all the household linen necessary to everyday life.
The flat begins with a pleasant and provided with every comfort kitchen-lounge.
Wide, 100 years old, fine and functional windows light the rooms.
Few steps lead to the garden, place loved by adults and children to pass their time peacefully.

Il Fattore
Apartment of 54 square metres - 2+2 beds - 1 double bedroom (+ cradle or single bed) - living room with kitchen (sofa bed for 2 people - satellite TV) - bathroom (washing machine).
"Il Fattore" is the heart of "Dolci Marche" and is constituted by the rooms that the land agent chose for himself in past times.
The flat occupies the second floor and offers spacious and full of light rooms.
The windows look onto the garden and sweep through the orchards, the vineyards, the olive groves and our wood; this view invites you to take a walk to discover scents and colours of the land.

La Dispensa
Apartment of 60 square metres - 5 beds - 1 twin-bedded room/double bedroom - 1 room with 3 beds (+ cradle) - bathroom (washing machine) - kitchen (dishwasher- sofa- satellite TV).
"La Dispensa" is the flat on the third floor, in the most fresh and well-aired rooms, chosen, in past times, to keep in a cool place salami, cheese and other food supplies for the family.
The flat, recently renewed preserving its architectural style, is situated at the top of the stairs.
The well preserved doors are 100 years old and the rooms have their original terracotta-tiled floor.
The vast windows look through the valley and you can see medieval villages on the top of the hills on the horizon; this gives you a pleasant feeling of freedom and open spaces, ideal environment to store fresh air and quiet.

For breakfast, we are happy to let our guests taste our home-made sweets, the jams and other typical produce.

It's possible, on request, to relax in a near swimming pool situated about 50 metres from the villa, exclusively for our guests. At guests' disposal there's a private car park, some bikes for excursions in the surrounding area, a wide garden where adults and children may pass their time relaxing. Our welcome is really friendly and the children have the opportunity of watching and stroking our poultry.Using the old wood-burning oven and the barbecue, you can prepare savoury roasts and eat outdoors, under the arbour made of grapevine, or in the shade of a mulberry tree, or in a comfortable gazebo.

Our organic vegetable garden is at guests' disposal, too, and offers strawberries, marrows, tomatoes and more, allowing to taste just picked produce.

Surroundings

Our holiday farm "DOLCI MARCHE" is in the middle of Italy, in the Marches region, province of Ascoli Piceno, 15 minutes by car from the shore of the Adriatic Sea and from the Apennines mountains.
The view is wonderful: a patchwork of olive groves, vineyards, orchards, forests, many small cultivated fields, lighted up by a bright sun and a beautiful blue sky. No other place is like the hills of Le Marche.
