Regina Apartment
This apartment caters for up to 4 people and offers a wide recreation room with sofas and a large fireplace creating a romantic atmosphere - not only in autumn or winter holidays. The living room opens into the cosy kitchen with a table, sideboard and traditional Picena hand stuffed chairs. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and satellite television. The two double bedrooms both have walk-in showers. The wrought iron beds are also romantic as well as the country style cupboards in soft colours with paintings that recall the colours of the vineyards in the spring.

Sublima Apartment
This apartment has two beds but 2 additional beds can also be added .The space includes a cosy kitchen with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The chairs and tables have been beautifully restored. The details: The rooms and bathrooms are open! Guests and older people with trouble walking can enjoy a holiday in the vineyards of Le Marche without difficulty. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

Victoria Apartment
Equipped for 5 people (plus the possibly of one extra bed). The quaint kitchen / dinning room is fitted with an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher plus satellite TV. The covered veranda on the ground floor which opens out onto the vineyard is perfect for lunch or dinner or as a portico for your car. The rooms are well appointed: one double room located next to the bathroom with shower and on the other side of the kitchen you have an additional double and a single room. The bright kitchen has a window over the large courtyard with views of the olive trees and roses and a window opening to the vineyards.

Italia Apartment
Would you like to enjoy the history of Italy, the real Le Marche? In this holiday flat you are able to imagine how people lived in Le Marche one hundred years ago, because the restored furniture is from the same era as the one when the house was built (around 1900). From the kitchen you have access to a covered balcony on which you can enjoy breakfast with the views out on to the hills of southern Le Marche. You also have access to a garden and our vineyards. The apartment has two double and one single bedroom each with a bath and a shower. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and satellite television.

The farm holidays Terre Vineate is part of an agricultural firm family management of around 20 hectares, cultivated mainly in vineyards, and with some woods of tall stem, from fruit (noceto and hypocrite oaks) and from wood (cherries): the firm integrally operates in the biological crops field.

Surroundings

The agritourismo TERRE VINEATE is located at Mont Alto Marche in the Ascoli Piceno region. Sitting in the heart of Italy - between the Adriatic coast and Apennine mountains - offering many tourist attractions for summer and for winter holidays. You can reach the Adriatic coast in just 20 minutes, and the Sibillini mountains with its parks, hiking trails and ski runs and ski schools in the same time.
The province capital of Ascoli Piceno and the town of Fermo can be reached in less than a half hour. You can also find the coast in twenty minutes through the Val d'Aso where during the Easter and Pentecosal periods there is a feast for the eyes when all of  the apple, peach and cherry trees are in full bloom as it is one of the major fruit production areas in the center of Italy.
