La Stanza Arancio
In the light colours of orange and rope this studio has a sunny atmosphere. The wrought iron double bed (160 cm) is very comfortable and the cooking niche is fully equipped with dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, refrigerator, 2- ring stove, american and italian coffee machine, satellite TV, a shower-bathroom, a balcony with a wonderful view on the green country where you can take your breakfasts.

La Stanza Blu
This studio is decorated in the attractive tones of blue and yellow and contains a comfortable wrought-iron bed (160 cm), satellite Tv, a ceiling fan, a spacious shower-bathroom with window and a balcony with a wonderful view on the green country and the Mount Rosa where you can take lovely breakfasts.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and fully independent with dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, refrigerator, a 2- ring stove, an american and an italian coffee machine.

L'Appartamento
This 2 room apartmet has a big living room- kitchen with two double sofa beds, a corridor, a double room in magenta tones with a double bed (160 cm) and a very large shower bathroom.
It is ideal for a family or a group of friends as it accommodates up to six guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, dish-washer, microwave, refrigerator, 4- ring stove, freezer, TV Sat and HiFi.
The big balcony offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the country and has tables with sun umbrellas where you can sit and have your breakfasts.

La Vecchia Cantina
Studio on the Ground Floor
A very characteristic wide open space studio with a beautiful exposed brick ceiling, parts of the wall in exposed stone and a terracotta floor. The extra large cooking niche is fully equipped with dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, dish-washer, microwave, refrigerator, 4- ring stove and also with a dishwasher and a microwave, TV Sat und Hi-Fi.
The furnishings are in Mediterranean tones of sage green and the king-sized wrought iron double bed (180 cm) is extremely comfortable, as the nice double sofa bed. The table is for 4 to 6. The spacious shower bathroom is approachable also for disabled. The studio for 2 to 4 guests lies on the ground floor and is extremely fresh in the summer. In front of the studio there is a portico with a garden table for your lunches and barbecues.
 
La Stanza del Camino

A nice studio with a very warm atmosphere thanks the exposed beam ceiling, the terracotta floor and a built-in, fully equipped kitchenette arranged inside a large, old fireplace.
The furniture is in the Mediterranean colors with flowered curtains and the wrought iron double bed (140 cm) is comfortable like the sleeping sofa (120 cm) and the shower bathroom.
The tiled cooking niche is fully equipped with dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, 2- ring stove, a large table, TV Sat and Hi-Fi.
This studio is for 2 to 3 guests and lies on the ground floor.
 
La Taverna

A very sunny and characteristic studio in cream colours, with his ancient wooden-beam ceiling and the flowered curtains.
The wrought iron double bed (160 cm) is very comfortable and also the single sofa bed.
The fully equipped wooden cooking niche has dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, 4- ring stove, a large table, TV Sat and Hi-Fi.
The shower bathroom is very spacious.
This studio is for 2 to 3 guests and lies on the ground floor.

La Stanza delle Volte
Studio on the Ground Floor
It is a very spacious ground floor studio (60sqm) with very nice archways made of traditional brick vaulted ceilings, a big fully equipped kichenette with everything you need to be completely indipendent, two bathrooms, one has a toilet with washbasin and the larger one has shower, washbasin and toilet.
The studio, that has sleeping possibility for 6 persons, is separated by furniture, one part is dedicated to the sleeping room with a double bed (queen size), the other part of the room is the living room with another 2 double sleeping sofas.
It also provides a big table for 6 persons and satellite TV.
Outside of the room there is a big portico with a table where you can sit or just rest a while.
It is a perfect solution for families and good friends.

Surroundings

Fano’s Farm enjoys a nice, secluded and peaceful location a few minutes by car to the enchanting Lake of Orta and also from the shores of the Lake Maggiore, Arona, Stresa and the famous Borromeo Islands.
The little wine City of Suno lies in the middle of the well-known wine territory of Ghemme and Gattinara.

We are less than one hour from Milan and 100 km from the beautiful city of Turin, with its castles and the Reggia of La Venaria Reale.
Novara and Vercelli are not far and in 40 minutes you’ll reach the nice city of Vigevano with its incredible square of Piazza Ducale.
Half hour and you are on the Mottarone where in winter you can ski and in summer you’ll have an incredible view on the surrounding lakes and in 1 hour you are on the Monte Rosa Glaciers, which you can see from our farm.
Excursions to the Valgrande Natural Park, the Monte Veglia, Monte Fenero Park, Alpe Veglia, Alpe Devero and the green Val Vigezzo, the Painters Valley, and Val Formazza with its evocative Toce Falls.
Two of the most important Italian Golf Clubs are close at hand and in 25 Minutes you’ll reach Malpensa Airport.
