The tourist farm "la Quercia Rossa" offers a menu composed only of typical Piedmont products. Among the various specialties, besides the never lacking agnolotti, still hand-made, there is always the stew with Barbera wine, a real dainty, cooked for four hours in this typical wine; to end with the choice desserts, entirely of our production, always including ten different specialties. There is also the possibility to have on demand truffle dishes (in October and November), a choice boiled meats, and the traditional Piedmontese mixed-fry.

During spring and summer, we are pleased to serve our clients in the open, amongst the greenery of our hills, who after lunch can enjoy the calm of our garden and relax in the sun or play with their children.
Where we areYou are welcome to "La Quercia Rossa", where tradition and the values of ancient times are still unchanged and where the guest is still considered as a friend. The calm reigns supreme in the manor situated on the first hills of Monferrato (310 a.s.l.), deep in the greenery of its vine-yards and hazel groves.
