“Il Caggio” has been completely refurbished, taking care to respect and enhance those characteristics which make a Tuscan home unique. The enormous fireplace, wooden beams and hand laid stone brickwork have all been lovingly restored to their former glory.
Finally, two airy double rooms with on-suite bathrooms are also on offer with the option of breakfast.
 
Three types of apartment are available to visitors.

Situated on the ground floor of the central building is a small apartment of 45m2 (2+2) made up of a lounge, cooking area, bathroom and double bedroom.  

 The tobacconist has been converted into two double storey apartments. The first, 65m2 (2+2), consists of a spacious lounge area, open plan kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom.  
 
 The larger suite, 75m2 (4+2) includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a day room with a fireplace.

The complex offers an ample entertainment area including a wood burning fireplace, barbecue and a 16x5 m swimming pool. Mountain biking and horse riding excursions are also available at a location only 4km away.An old, specially converted outbuilding houses a 4x1.8m jacuzzi built from local sandstone. The water, straight from a spring, is heated to the perfect temperature to enjoy relaxing moments among the colours and the quiet of the Tuscan countryside.

Surroundings

Situated a few kilometres from the Monte S. Savino turn off on the A1 and 15 km from that of Arezzo, “Il Caggio” is within easy reach of major Tuscan cities such as Siena, Florence and Arezzo. An hour and a half drive will find you in the heart of Rome or on the beautiful Maremma coast.
