Housing

The cozy apartments and rooms have autonomous heating and satellite TV; some also have beautiful fireplaces. All are furnished with original furniture from the epoch of the farmhouse. The independent entrances open onto a beautiful lawn with trees, from which you can reach the panoramic swimming pool, the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful view in tranquility. Two old silos have been converted into a covered grill and an oven, available for the use of all guests. All apartments and rooms have been given the old names of the property's fields.

"Carnovalino" Small kitchen unit with wash basin, stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven; sitting room with double sofa bed and fireplace, satellite TV; one bedroom with double bed; bathroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor and part of one of the two brick huts, and has wood and terra cotta ceilings.
The bedroom opens out to the swimming pool and the extensive view of the cultivated valley. The apartment has an outside space where you can relax and eat in the open air.

"La Polverina" Small kitchen unit with wash basin, stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven; sitting room with double sofa bed and fireplace, satellite TV; one double bedroom, one single bedroom; bathroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor and part of the old brick stalls, which conserve their original architectural foundation, and has wood and terra cotta ceilings. The atmosphere is warm, intimate and comfortable. The furnishings are antique.

"Le Fonti" Small kitchen unit with wash basin, stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven; large sitting room with double sofa bed and fireplace, satellite TV; a spacious double bedroom with a double bed and another small, cast iron bed for a child; bathroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the farmhouse's stalls. The front door opens into a large sitting room with vaulted, brick ceilings. Passing through a pantry, where you find a beautiful dresser, you arrive to the double bedroom.
Glass doors open onto the lawn, another door leads to the bathroom.

"Pozzale" Small kitchen unit with wash basin, stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven; large sitting room with antique, single sofa bed, satellite TV; a spacious, well furnished bedroom with double bed; bathroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the farmhouse's stalls. The brick ceilings are vaulted and on the walls some pre-existing wood or stone detail has been preserved. The apartment has an outside area where you can relax and eat in the open air.

"Fitto" Small kitchen unit with wash basin, stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven; large sitting room with double sofa bed and large fireplace, satellite TV; two spacious bedrooms; two bathrooms, one of which equipped for the disabled.
The apartment is in one of the stalls and the cellars of the farmhouse. Entering, you find yourself in the kitchen area; the brick ceilings are vaulted and there is a large brick arch, which divides this area from the living room - sitting room, where there is a large fireplace. The ceilings are wood and brick. Through a door you arrive into a large bedroom with a connected bathroom equipped for the disabled. Through another door, you find another well-furnished bedroom with a small sitting room and bathroom. The two bedrooms and the large sitting room all have glass doors that open onto the lawn surrounding the farmhouse. The apartment has an outside area where you can relax and eat in the open air.

"Frutteti" Small kitchen unit with wash basin, stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven; large sitting room with double sofa bed, satellite TV; four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The apartment in on the second floor, where the living quarters of the farmhouse used to be. You enter by way of a stone staircase, which ends inside the brick- arched loggia. The ceilings are wood and brick, and all of the rooms are very luminous. You enter into a large sitting room where, in the first part, you find the fireplace, a double sofa bed and antique furniture; in the second part you find the kitchen and dining area. Through a door you find a pantry, from which you find a bathroom to the right and a bedroom straight on. The bedroom, given its position, can really be defined "a room with a view". There are three other independent bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The characteristic of the apartment is that it can either be rented all together (living room and four bedrooms) or with a smaller number of bedrooms as desired. The remaining bedrooms (upon request) can be rented in the Bed & Breakfast formula.

Services

The complex offers a game space for children. By way of a well-kept path through the fields you reach the property's lake, where guests can fish in private. From the Farmhouse you can purchase Tuscany extra-virgin olive oil IGP, wine, marmalades, honey, legumes and vegetables. Finally, the excellent location, near important motorway connections (Autostrada A1, 2 Km. away and Superstrada Fano-Grosseto, 5 Km. away) permits easy access to important cities of interest like: Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Perugia, Rome and Cortona. There are Restaurants and Pizza Restaurants 700 Mt. from the farmhouse. Horse stables, 5 Km. away. Small Golf course, 12 Km. away.

The reception, which is in a charming old brick hut, is the guest welcoming point, common room and for those who request, the breakfast room.
