In the heart of Etruscan hills, close both to the art cities and to the sea, "San Maurizio" farm house is the perfect place if you look for a resting holiday and you'd like to discover the beautiful Tuscan landscape.

"San Maurizio" is composed by two independent houses, divided into eight flats (four 2rooms flats for 2-4 persons and four 3-rooms for 4-6 persons). Each house has a private swimming pool, opened from May to September.

Housing

House is made of five apartments: two 2-rooms flats on the first floor and two on the ground floor and a 3-rooms flat in the ground floor.

Two-rooms apartments (36 sm) are composed by kitchen-living room with kitchen area and a sofa bed for two persons, a double room, a bathroom with shower. Flats are designed for 2 or 4 guests.

Three-rooms apartment (70 sm) is composed by a big kitchen-living room with kitchen area and a sofa bed for two persons, two double rooms, two bathrooms with shower. Four to six persons can live there.

All the flats have an independent terrace, veranda or gazebo. They're perfect to relax, read, sip some good wine or eat in the open air, even better after cooking somenthing on the barbecue or baking in the wood oven in the garden, near the swimming pool.

The main building is placed near the street n° 68 and is surrounded by a big park with trees and a small children's playground. Upper, on the hill's slope, the second house is placed, surrounded by a new plantation of olive trees.

Flats are very nice and comfortable, with typical Tuscan styled furniture and satellite Tv, telephone, independent heating. Each flat has a terrace or a veranda: they are perfect if you want to enjoy our hills and landscapes, maybe while you're drinking good wine and tasting ham, salami and sausages, produced by ourselves, following traditional recipes.

Surroundings

Woods, hills and ancient villages paint the Valley of river Cecina. Walking in fields or in the narrow streets of villages, following paths in natural parks, climbing by bike the turtuose street up the hills or discovering traditional tastes... all of them are the most pleasant ways to discover our land. As well as visiting beautifull art cities, easy to be reached by car.
