During spring and summertime, the swimming pool offers the possibility to enjoy pleasant and unforgettable moments of entertainment and relaxation. Have you ever tried to have a swim at midnight under a starry sky in the absolute stillness, interrupted only by some singing nocturnal birds? 

For the lovers of  nature we have set out an educational nature trail which passes through the farmland and which lets you discover, by its 14 stages, the Tuscan countryside: a natural environment, where the age-old presence of man has modelled the profiles of the hills. At the farm you can play table tennis or cycle with the mountain-bikes (we have 5 bikes) along gravel paths, vineyards and  olive groves.
In the recreation room you may consult maps of the paths to take on foot or by bike.

For the little ones we have placed a small wooden “house” on a tree, where they may have a good romp and play using all their imagination.

We will be delighted to accompany you for a visit to the wine cellar of our farm, where you can discover the know-how of making wine and, why not, where we may taste a nice glass of wine together!

At the farm Poggio ai Cieli you will find various facilities which we hope will help you to have a pleasant stay:
- the recreation room with telephone and satellite television, where you will find many tourist information and suggestions resulting from our experience. There is also some reference material like tourist and gastronomic guides, maps and so on.
- a laundry with washbasin, washing-machine and ironing board with electric iron;
- in the portico a wood-burning oven and a barbecue with all necessary utensils as well as firewood is at your disposal;
- a spacious car park in private area
- internet WiFi

In our farm shop you will find information about our farm and our products: wine, vinsanto (sweet white Italian wine) and extra-virgin olive oil. It will be a pleasure for us to let you taste!

Surroundings

Poggio ai Cieli is a small agricultural holding of 10 hectares used for viticulture. The site is on a hill with excellent exposure, within the district of San Gimignano.
