By the original stone building were created comfortable apartments which are all individual and vary in size 
 
from one to three bedrooms with extra living space offering privacy when desired and communal services when expected.
 
Peace and relaxation are the major characteristics, each apartment is completely independent, equipped with a functional kitchen, bathrooms with showers, old original fireplace and central heating.

The spacious park area is the natural place to spend your mornings and/or evenings reading or admiring the astonishing views of the Tuscan countryside; offers guests quiet relaxation 
  
and is equipped with patio tables and chairs and for those who enjoy cooking in the open air we also provide a shared outdoor kitchen, including barbeque and wood stove.

In the middle of park there is a splendid swimming pool (dim.7x14 m) for refreshing yourself. Also available free use of bicycles, mountain-bikes and ping-pong.

Villa Rosa is situated in Valdichiana valley, this unique and picturesque was formed in prehistoric times by the natural discharge of waters.
Not too far from this serene place and beautiful setting is C.Fiorentino 1km, Cortona 8 km, Arezzo 12 km, Perugia 50 km, Firenze 75 km, Siena 55km, Assisi 40 km, Pienza 38 km.
All these locations, which are in close proximity offer too, artistic, cultural and historical insight, places to visit and experience, which further disclose the treasures of Tuscany.
  Possibilities are endless, as to any manner of fulfillment in an enjoyable environment, experiences can range: a peaceful refugee, and a pilgrimage into the ancient past of the glorious Medieval period.
In the surrounding area there are centers for tennis, riding and fishing.
