"Le Caselle"
The rural building, recently and expertly restored, contains four welcoming apartments, all tastefully furnished in traditional style, each with private bathroom, washing machine and independent central heating.

The agritourism farm offers accommodation in large rooms, each with private bathroom. Guests can choose their preferred boarding arrangements according to their requirements.

The beautiful main farmhouse contains apartments with two to three double bedrooms. The large sitting rooms furnished with every comfort offer a special touch of charm.

Guests can enjoy the perfume of flowers and the sound of birdsong in the garden beside the house, which is equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas for shade and a barbecue.

"I Fabbri" contains a living room with open fireplace and cooking area, four double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. There is a large garden with table and chairs, a bowling area and swings.

The houses known as "Le Caselle" and "I Fabbri" are period country dwellings dating from the 17th century and having original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. They are traditionally furnished yet offer all the amenities you could wish for to make your farm holiday perfect. Each house is surrounded by open space.
We sell our own products namely oil, wine, jam, vegetables, chicken, rabbit, ham, salami, chestnuts and mushrooms. Since this year we have a beautiful big swimming pool.

Surroundings

The Agriturismo "Le Caselle" is situated in Tuscany on the border of Umbria, at 19 km from Cortona, 30 km from Città di Castello and 50 km from Perugia and Assisi.

You can also live in close contact with nature by walking along tracks and paths through the woods where you will find streams, plants, flowers, birds, various types of wildlife and, in the autumn, mushrooms and chestnuts.

To relaxe you  can lay in the meadow, have a snack or take a sunbath at the pool, play various games like table tennis or bowls, enjoying the life in the countryside, seeing the farmers at work and the animals grazing.
For your leisure time there are tennis courts at Portole (about 12 km) and horseriding at S. Pietro a Monte. In addition you can easily reach from here the most attractive cities of central Italy.
