Our small activity born first of all from the great passion for the country and the restructuring.
The idea to take back that it was, maintaining unchanged the material and respecting the rural context that surrounds.
After the photos of our apartments.
They are just restructured, complete of all the conforts.
Every apartment is independent, with bath kitchen and room.
From the external loggia there is an enchanting wiew.

Casa Sole 4+1
A completely independent house with his own private garden. The dining-room has all kind of facility such as electric oven, dish-washer, fridge, etc. You will fìnd much taste in the forniture which comes from the old tuscan times. Bathrooms and shower are really lovely and well finished. The veranda, made in wrought iron, provided with table, chairs and barbecue, overlooks Cortona, Val di Chiana till the lake Trasimeno.

Casa Nido 2
Very pretty, cosy and refined with precious details. The bathroom is with shower. The doublé bed room faces the Val di Chiana enjoing the sunset.

Casa Rondinella 2+2
Is an independent cottage close to the swimming pool, with a beautiful view on Cortona and the Val di Chiana.
Includes one comfortable double room, a living room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen full equipped and bathroom with shower.
In the outside, there is a veranda with table.

Margherita Holiday Home is located in the greenest area in Italy, in Tuscany, over the hills that surround Cortona, important and well known Etruscan place.

The position is ideal to reach and see in a short time art cities like Firenze, Roma, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, Gubbio, Assisi, San Gimignano and others, small but stili typical areas like Pienza, Città della Pieve, Montepulciano etc.
