The farm holidays "La Colmata" gives to its guests the possibility to stay both for short and long periods depending on the necessities and the needs of everyone.

The farm holidays has got eight rooms furnished with refinement, each one with its particularity and all furnished with private services, fridge-bar, satellite TV LCD and air conditioned.

Moreover for all the guests are available a large living room ( for reading, conversations, parlour plays, etc. ) and a pretty garden which joins the property of the farm holidays and the agricultural property together.

All the guests can freely use the swimming pool which is near the structure and furnished with beds, deckchairs and sunshades.

For the more sportsman there is the possibility to make long walks on foot or on mountain bikes (free furnished) through the 40 km of cycle track along the dirt roads of Val di Chiana, or to fish in the lake placed inside our property.

The farm holidays "La Colmata", in the hearth of Val Di Chiana, is an excellent starting point to discover the artistic and natural marvels of Tuscany: in 10-15 minutes you can easily get art towns as Arezzo or the beautiful Cortona, in a bit more of half an hour you can visit Siena, Perugia, Montalcino, Florence and Trasimeno lake or the near hills where you can admire a wonderful landscape.
