House Chinca 1

Indipendent flat buil in a tipical style of Tuscany. It has a dining room with a little kitchen, a very large bedroom and a toilet with shower.

Outside it has a very big garden with a table where you can have dinner or lunch.

House Chinca 2

Indipendent flat made up by a dining room with a small kitchen, two bedrooms, toilet with a shower.

Built in a typical style of Tuscany, uotside it has a very big garden equipped with a stone table where you can have dinner or lunch.

    
House Alvaro: spacious and solar apartment, fully independent, composed of two rooms, two two bathrooms, wide living-room with a cooking corner side. The outside space, surrounded by wall made of local stone and iron beaten railing, contains a nice well furnished garden with tables and umbrellas for moments of relax or have lunch outside.

House Lory: delightful apartment, composed of a large living-room with chimney and a cooking corner side, a bathroom, and a very spacious sleeping-room. The outside space offers a marvellous natural landscape and Castiglione della Pescaia beaches.


House Matteo: entirely independent Cottage composed of three rooms, two bathrooms, a living-room with a cooking corner side, a large portico with fully furnished barbecue to eat outside. This apartment is structured for handicap bearers. The house is surrounded by family’ property vineyards. There is a swimming pool equipped of a small fencing with key for the security of the smaller children.

The agriturismo is made up of 5 residences, House Chinca , House Chinca 2, House Alvaro, House Lory, House Matteo, only fully independent with garden or wide outside spaces.

The farmholiday has a swimming pool with a wonderful panoramic sight of  Maremma. "House Matteo" is equipped of one own swimming pool.

Surroundings

Such a farm, where has been realized the agriturismo, is situated in slightly hill position, from where you can admire the marvellous panorama of the sea, the island of Giglio, the immense pine forest, the Diaccia Botrona, and the extraordinary Castle that rises from the Promontory of Castiglione della Pescaia . An authentic landscape of the Maremma on its most significant and natural appearance. Above all at the sunset, when the colours of the sun confuse themselves with those of the sea that the landscape becomes a true and natural painting. In the farm they cultivate young and century-old olive groves, and vineyards from where have origin DOC wines Monteregio.
