At the foot of the hill looking onto the business centre are the flats that can accommodate up to six persons, with a veranda furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs for your relax. Flats have two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Above the flats, a terrace with panoramic view boats a swimming pool, about 100 sq.m, with parasols made of natural fibre, deck chairs and sun loungers to sunbathe.

These are the ideal farmhouse for those who are looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by a natural and simple environment. Walk along the trails of the adjoining hills, shortly after you will reach the sea, Castiglione della Pescaia, and the Diaccia Botrona protected area.
There are horseback rides to Marina di Grosseto, the golf course in Puntala, tours to the Parco dell’Uccellina (Ucellina National Park), to the hot springs in Saturnia and to small villages oozing Etruscan history such as Vetulonia.

A farmhouse hotel in the heart of the Maremma, on the slopes of the unspoilt hills between Tirli and Vetulonia (an Etruscan archaeological site some 15 minutes drive away), right after the protected area of Diaccia Botrona and the pinewood which lines the beautiful beach which ranges from Marina di Grosseto to Castiglione della Pescaia (9km. from the farmhouse).
