Housing

The apartment n° 1 and n° 5 are twins and they are 70 square metre big.
They are on the ground floor with separate entrances and internal doors which allow us to divide the bed occupany number following our custumers' requirements.
One apartment can communicate with the other through an internal door or just give a bedroom to the other.
These apartments are made up of: a livingroom, a cooking area, two double bedrooms plus a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower.
Total bed occupany of each apartment: 6 (except particular requirements).
Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV.

The apartment n° 2 and n° 4 are twins and they are 65 square metre big.
They are on the first floor and each apartment is made up of two double bedrooms with a sofa bad, total bed occupancy: 6.
There are a livingroom, a cooking area and a bathroom.
Each apartment has a balcony; one is roof covered, facing north (dimensions 2,8x6 m) where you can find a table and some restful chairs, for your dinners and moments of relax.
The other balcony is open-air, facing south (dimensions 6x3,5 m), good for your sunbathing during our hot days.
All apartments are equipped with satellite TV.

The apartment n° 3 is on the ground floor and it is made up of a livingroom with a double sofa bed, a cooking area, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
Total bed occupancy: 4.
It is like going back to the past in this charming place with its stone walls.

Services

The area can be visited while horse-riding, on foot or by mountain-bike, going through the typical Tuscan hills which go up and down you can find wonderful panoramas: the plain which goes as far as the sea and the medieval villages around it.

From our olives, pressed in the area, we make a very delicate oil with a typical taste of old times. Il is very good for dressing and with its rich fragrance, our oil is perfect for any kind of dish. Surroundings

Capracotta farm holidays is situated in the middle of a big area, where you can find many and important tourist places of great historic and cultural value: Uccellina Park, The Castle of Montemassi, Pietrera's Grave, Massa Marittima, the ruins of Roselle, Calaviolina, Castiglione della Pescaia , Vetulonia.
