Housing

The farmhouse consists of four double rooms (15 m2 each) all with bathroom and shower, a dining room (40 m2) and a sitting room with TV (20 m2), a kitchen with double stoves, sinks and refrigerators.

The cottage (50 m2) lies in front of the farmhouse and consists of a bedroom (with double bed and a single bed, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom.

Beautiful Saturnia Spa
The farm lies in a strategic area of Toscany for enjoying history, art and leisure near the beautiful Saturnia Spa (30 minutes from the farm).

The sea
The sea is also not far from the estate, only 40 km away from some holiday locations: Castiglion della Pescaia, Argentario, Capalbio, Punta Ala and from the beautiful islands of Giglio and Giannutri (40 minutes of ferryboat).

Natural park
The natural Park of Uccellina very impressive for its natural and wild environment lies on a cliff on the sea and has a typical Mediterranean wildlife and nature.

History
In the whole Maremma there are lovely natural trekking paths and trails marked on the local maps ideal for horse riding and mountain biking. One of these trekking path crosses the 100 hectares of the farm along the ancient consular road connecting the famous ancient Roselle and Saturnia SPAs The hinterland offers several possibilities for visiting historic towns and enjoying the characteristic Tuscany food and wines. Besides the nearest main towns, Grosseto (28 km), Siena (70 km) and Firenze (150 km) it is easy to reach the Etruscan sites of Sovana and Pitigliano and the impressive typical Maremma little towns such as Manciano, Saturnia, Scansano, Talamone, etc.

The Amiata mountain
The Amiata mountain (1800 mt) lies also in the surroundings with its characteristic villages of Abbadia San Salvatore, Santa Fiora, Castel del Piano, Arcidosso and the Natural Park of Monte Labbro.
