The apartments:

Le Ortensie
The apartment called Ortensie has 8 beds and it may be also partly used. It is divided in two areas which can also be made independent:Ortensia blu e Ortensia verde.
Both apartments have 4 beds and fit all guests’ needs. They may fit a family, one or two couples, and a group of friends.

Le Rose
The apartment called Rose has 8 beds and it may also be partly used thanks to the subdivision in two independent areas called Rosa rossa and Rosa bianca.

    * Rosa rossa has 4+2 beds: it is a versatile apartment for families and groups of friends.
    * Rosa bianca has 2 beds: an ideal apartment for couples who want a relaxing stay.

Il Mughetto
The apartment called Mughetto is a large, pleasant and versatile apartment with 4+2 beds. The Mughetto will be your perfect base camp for your picturesque excursions.

Each apartment is equipped with:

    * independent entrance;
    * independent air conditioning system;
    * heating system and warm water;
    * kitchen equipped with sink, cooking top with extractor hood, refrigerator with deep freezer, pots and tableware;
    * bathroom with shower box;
    * household linen (sheets and towels are provided for each guest);
    * TV with cable;
    * telephone;
    * outdoor area with table and chairs.

A common area is used for laundry, equipped with tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Household linen is changed once a week. Extra cleaning sessions and household linen’s changes are available only on request. In this case the price has to be agreed upon by the management.

For our guests we have prepared some areas equipped with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven to cook food. For those who want to spend their free time at the cottage there is a swimming pool (sterilized with salt) and a solarium with sun beds, beach umbrellas and showers. An equipped area for children (age 0-12) and bicycles for daily excursions are also available.

Surroundings

The Casolare dei Fiori is located in the heart of Tuscany, in the province of Lucca, on the hillside of Montecarlo. The holiday farm is located in the plain underlying the picturesque mediaeval village of Montecarlo, it is surrounded by the hills of Valdinievole, the valley of flowers par excellence, with its history, its wonderful villages and traditions belonging to the unique land of Tuscany.
Only 3km away from the Autostrada A11 (Firenze-Mare), it is located in an ideal position for those who want to reach the most important cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena, which are only a few dozen minutes away. The cottage is near Viareggio and Versilia, which are supplied with their wonderful equipped bathing establishments; only an hour away from the Apennine mountains, where it is possible to ski and play some winter sports, to follow some trekking and cycle paths immersed in nature; only a few minutes away from the spas and wellness centers of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme.
