A hearty welcome to the marvellous Ponziani farm holiday, now lovingly restored as a comfortable holiday farmhouse by local export craftsmen.

The farm holiday is immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the typical landscapes of the Tuscan hills where one may spend glorious days of rest and relaxation, appreciating the sounds and smells of nature.

The farm holiday offers the possibility for taking part in its various daily activities which range from grape picking, to harvesting the olives, in addition to gathering water-melons and melons.
The surrounding environment is characterised by wide meadows, woods, vineyards and olive groves, a landscape which welcomes long walks or bicycle rides, even along the most hidden pathways.

The farmhouse holiday complex has 5 apartments, each with a kitchen, bedrooms, a lounge and bathroom.

Housing
All the apartments have been authentically renovated in keeping with the architectural styles of Tuscany, with local materials such as wooden beams and decorative brickwork. All the rooms are air conditioned and the furnishings are simple and comfortable and include kitchen, lounge, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own outdoor area with a table, chairs and sunshade.
Despite all of that each apartment maintains its own originality.

The living rooms furnished in typical Tuscan style command a well equipped kitchen, fitted with four gas rings, oven, fridge and sat. TV, to make guests feel right at home.
The bedrooms are very comfortable, all distinguished by rustic decor and beds fitted with the best quality orthopaedic mattresses.

Surroundings
About 25 Km. From the farmhouse one finds Pisa, one of the beautiful Tuscan towns.
A city of art, rich in monuments and churches, it is famous for its leaning tower, thanks above all to its unusual inclination due to ground subsidence.

The principal centres of the area are: Cascina, Pontedera, San Miniato and Volterra.
