Housing

Our “Agriturismo” is sub-divided into 6 apartments which are well-equipped, with tv, fridge, oven and outdoor tables and sun-umbrellas. Three baby-chairs are available on request. There are stairs in all the apartments, with the exception of “Vigna”.
Guests can avail of modern amenities such as phone, fax, color TV, laundry.

Glicine (app. 190 msq.) is a part fo the old villa and is comprised by two room with double beds and two rooms, each with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with a fireplace, a snooker-room, a kitchen with a fireplace and a W/C.

Torre (app. 135 msq), a reminiscence of the old life, comprised by a large living-room with a panoramic view and a kitchen with fire-place, a room with a double-bed, a bathroom with shower and w.c. without shower.

Frutteto (app. 95 msq.) is a lodge in the part of the garden with fruit-trees and the tennis court and it is comprised by a large living-room, a room with a double-bed and a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Limonaia (app. 85 msq.) contains a large beautiful terrace, with a panoramic view, a lounge with a fire-place, a room with a double –bed, a room with two single beds.

Roseto (app. 80 msq.), situated near “Limonaia”, shares part of the same terrace (separated by a wire-mesh with plants) and is comprised by a lounge with kitchenette, a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds a bathroom with shower.

Vigna (app. 65 msq.) is the smaller portion of the above-described lodge and is comprised by a lounge with a kitchen and a chimney: a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

It is possible to purchase our products, mainly wine Chianti dei Colli Senesi DOCG and oil extravergine d'oliva.

There is a 20 by 10-metres swimming-pool surrounded by a lawn (open from 15 May until 30 September), a non-grass tennis court – rackets and tennis balls are provided for adults and children), bowling, a table-tennis table, a barbecue spot, laundry, first-aid facility, changing-rooms with hot-water showers. In addition, it is possible to purchase our products, especially wine and oil.

Surroundings

“Agriturismo Campopalazzi” is located within the boundaries of Murlo, an important archeological site for studies on the etruscan civilization and ancient residence of the Bishop of Siena.

Casciano di Murlo, the nearest village, is 4 Km away; within it is a supermarket, a bank, a post office, a chemist’s and other shops and restaurants. Campopalazzi is in strategic position for trips to the nearby “Maremma” (app. 59 km) and to Siena, (app. 20 km) and other sites of tourist attraction.
