The apartment is on the first floor and has two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a big kitchen with fireplace. One of the rooms is on the way between the other room and the kitchen. Furniture is from the 19th century, and the view is over the swimming pool and the valley.

Crevole Apartment ( 60 m² - 3 guests ):
The apartment is on the ground floor and has one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, one kitchen and one bathroom with shower. Furniture is from the 19th century, and the view is over the swimming pool.

Murlo Apartment ( 60 m² -  2 guests ):
The apartment is on the first floor and has a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and one kitchen with fireplace. Furniture is from the 19th century, and the view is over the valley.

Vescovado Apartment ( 55 m² - 2 guests ):
The apartment is on the first floor and has a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and one kitchen with fireplace. Furniture is from the 19th century, and the view is over the swimming pool.

Palazzina Apartment ( 100 m² - 6 guests ):
The apartment is on the ground floor and has 3 double bedrooms and one big bathroom. One of the rooms is on the way between the other rooms and the bathroom. In the spacious kitchen/living room there is an ancient fireplace of the 18th century. Furniture is from the 19th century, and the view is over the swimming pool and the valley.

Dependance ( 150 m² - 10 guests ):
This apartment is on the ground floor and has 4 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is very spacious and is equipped with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The kitchen is in the living room, and it is very big with a large table suited for 16 persons and all the stove and utensils. There is a big bathroom with bathtub and shower.Moreover you can have a nice dinner on the veranda. The apartment offers you a spectacular view over the Val d'Arbia. Decoration is in typical Tuscan style, with antique furniture from the 19th century

For families, our farmhouse, is an ideal place, all the apartements are located near the pool and near all the other facilities and activities which are all at your disposal throughout the day.

What is more pleasant than having a good meal outside with friends. Therefore we put a large and well equiped barbecue place at your disposal. 
We also organize in the evenings, events where you will be able to enjoy typical and delicious culinary specialities, have fun and find new friends. 
We organize also trips and excursions to the nearby hills, forests and rivers where you will admire the beauties of the tuscan countryside. It is also possible to do this excursions later in the evening in order to discover nature and animals by night.

La Palazzina offers different amenities, the paths around the property are specially suitable for pleasant walks, biking or horseriding.

Autumn in Tuscany is a season rich in colors and specially rich of funghi, type of mushroom, which forests are plenty of at that time of the year and are an essential part of the typical Tuscan cuisine.Splendid excursions by motorbike in the surrounding hills.

La Palazzina is situated near important thermal points, perferct for a winter weekend getaway relaxing at full at the Petriolo, Saturnia or San Filippo thermal baths.

Art cities, cultural points and places of interest located nearby are Montalcino, Pienza, the San Galgano Abbey and San Gimignano to mention a few.

The sea and the mountains are also within easy reach, La Palazzina is situated 70 km from the beach and Km 40 from the sky resorts of Mount Amiata.

The estate, located up on a hill ( 420 Mt of altitude ) with a splendid panorama and encircled by forests, has the comfort of an asphalted road of access and within 5 km of distance you can reach the charming medieval villages of Casciano and Vescovado di Murlo.
