CASA GIRASOLE is the old Manor House, situated in between the farmhouse (casa Colonica) and the swimming pool. It is a detached house (76mq), with 2 double bedrooms (one of which is a true bed-sitting room with a fireplace), a large bathroom with bath and shower and a bright kitchen (equipped for 6-8 persons). It is a spacious and sunny flat with windows on all sides of the building and has been furnished with great care. The entrance is doted with a covered balcony where one can sit out on in the evenings. It has exclusive use of an outdoor area with a view onto the swimming pool.

Tourism Tax:
According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from March 1 st 2012 to October 31 the City of San Gimignano will introduce the tourism tax, applied overnight staying, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
The tourism tax rate for a farmhouse is Euro 1,50 per night, per person.
It is not applied to children up to twelve years of age;
The tax is payable upon departure at the farmhouse.

Children: - Extra bed for children under 12 years: free. - Cots and high chair: Free
High season: during the high season stays from Saturday to Saturday will take place.
Weekend: Prices for weekend (2 nights) may vary for festivity and for long weekend.


* Cancellation policies
With the reservation you are asked to make a down payment as guarantee, of about 30% of the total price. In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before rental starting, also due to "force majeure" causes, the down payment will be considered as forfeited. Before that period, only the fixed charges will be retained.
The balance must be paid directly at the farm, one day before your departure.
Making the down payment as guarantee, you accept in all part the conditions write up.
