Description of the structure and accommodations:

The 13 apartments located in typical Tuscan farmhouses are equipped with a spacious living room with kitchen, television and DVD player.
Some apartments has also a fireplace in the living room .

The apartments are divided in three types:
Two rooms apartment for 2 people : located on the ground floor or on the first floor, composed of : living room with kitchenette (with all necessary kitchen utensils ) , 1 bed room and a bathroom with shower.
Two rooms apartment for 2/4 people: located on the ground floor or on the first floor, composed of :living room with kitchenette (with all necessary kitchen utensils ) and double sofa bed , 2 bed rooms and 1 or 2 bathroom with shower.
Three rooms apartment for 4/6 people: located on the ground floor or on the first floor, composed of living room with kitchenette (with all necessary kitchen utensils ) and double sofa bed , 2 bed rooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms with shower.

The guests have the opportunity to taste nice breakfasts and dinners made of typical local dishes in our charming restaurant.

Complete the structure the swimming pool, a little lake with natural warm water (about 27° degrees ) and the horse riding.

At our restaurant you can taste italian breakfast with homemade cakes and dinner with a choice between different menu.
The pool, surrounded by greenery is easily accessible from the apartments. The pool, with thermal water at 28 °which comes directly from the thermal spring is located a short distance from the apartments and is entirely surrounded by the greenery of our garden full of plants and trees that provide shade in summer.
The pool is divided into two parts: the lowest is about 40cm deep designed for our younger guests, the other reaches a maximum depth of 135 cm
The beneficial and therapeutic properties of this water are many.

Activities and the surroundings of San Giovanni d’Asso.

Bagnacci lies deep in the heart of the magical Crete Senesi, famous for its olive trees, woods, vineyards, quaint parish churches and imposing castles. The blue – grey hills stretch as far as the eye can seen, covered in green in spring , and golden ears of corn in summer.

Our farm is the ideal place for guests who want to relax and being immersed in the nature, enjoying a warm family atmosphere , not forgetting the good food and visiting to famous historical and artistic centers including Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano.

The place is also suitable for children , where they can meet cute animals and our horses and even approach to the fascinating world of equitation.

Surroundings

It’s just a few kilometres from the ancient medieval citadel of Montalcino, where one of the most famous wines in the world, Brunello, is from; near San Giovanni D’Asso, the home of white Tuscan tuff; and Pienza the Renaissance jewel built for Pope Pius II, and now a UNESCO heritage site.
