There are six double rooms with bathrooms and a small independent appartment.The visitor to this place will not only enjoy peace and quiet in the charming company of Fiammetta e Fabrizio Cacurri, but will also be able to visit the important artistic centres, enjoy a healthy walk in the woods, observing wildlife in uncontaminated surroundings and, why not, appreciate typical Umbrian cooking handed down by an ancient and knowing tradition.Half board is available.           
  
The farmhouse has been renovated to make it more functional but maintaining the old style and using traditional materials.Inside there is a large dining room and a comfortable living room with fireplace and television.The well-appointed rooms all have private bathrooms and splendid hillside views. A fully-equipped independent appartment is available for families.

The surroundings. The most important neighbouring towns can easily be reached; the area offers numerous walks through olive groves and woods and visitors can join in the olive harvest during the period of olive oil production. There are many local festivals during the spring and summer (the Gaite market at Bevagna, the Giostra della Quintana at Foligno, the Infiorata at Spello and many others).
