Housing

The property offers 18-20 beds arranged in four apartments.

The larger apartment, called "Antico" (220 sq m; 8-10 persons), is at the first floor and it has four bedrooms each with its own bathroom. There is also a spacious kitchen and a very large dining /living-room with a grandiose antique country fireplace.

At the ground floor there are two apartments:
- "Etrusco" (100 sq m; 4 persons), with characteristically vaulted ceilings, has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious dining / living-room with an elegant stone fireplace from the 16th century
- "Studio - Open Space" (110 sq m; 2 persons) has in front of the apartment a nice loggia with a magnificent view over Chiusi Lake. The big living-room with its high vaulted ceiling and traditional brick arches is separated from the bedroom area by a screen made of fine linen material. In the apartment there are also a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom

Located in a separate house from the main building with its own outside sitting area is the apartment "Olmo" (70 sq m; 4 persons). The living includes an antique iron stove and a dining area to enjoy cosy evenings. The two double bedrooms have each its own bathroom. In the apartment there is also a well furnished kitchen.

All the apartments are provided with the dishwasher and the washing machine.

All the  apartments have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
One can book the apartments separately or both together.
The house is equipped with typical furniture of the period, thus creating a welcoming and refined ambience.

There is also the use of the swimming pool equipped with a very large sun terrace with the benefit of the same splendid panorama as described above.
Also available are table football and barbecues.
Local products such as extra virgin olive oil from the estate, honey, wine and dried fruits are for sale.
all, mountainbikes, private docking on lake Chiusi with the possibility of a guided tour on a typical boat and a barbecue.

Surroundings

Within a 10/15 km radius, there are cities of history and art e. g. Città della Pieve, Chiusi (Etruscan museum and tombs, Cathedral and its museum), Cetona, Mongiovino (Cathedral), Montepulciano, Pienza and also thermal towns: Sarteano, San Casciano dei Bagni (with hot water springs), Chianciano Terme.

Within 60 km: Ancient Cities Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, Orvieto.
Within 1,30 hours: Roma, Firenze, Viterbo.
