Housing

Our apartments have the best comfort of the charm farm holidays: private bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer, Wi-Fi, telephone, TV and kitchen. We offer several versions of apartments at different prices for every budget. We are open all year.

The rooms have typical characteristics of the old country houses in the area, and contain wooden beams and tiles, vaulted ceilings and stone walls in face view. The furniture are inspired by traditional Umbrian and Tuscan: wrought iron beds, antique furniture, hardwood and ceramics from Deruta.

The olive tree has inspired the names of our apartments.

Casali del Toppello is situated in the green heart of Italy, in strategic position in the Umbrian territory, near the border with Tuscany and only 15 km from the Lake Trasimeno, immersed in the quietness of nature we are simultaneously mid-way to the most beautiful art cities of Umbria and Tuscany. To 5 minutes from Perugia and just over half an hour from Assisi, Cortona and Deruta. At one hour from Gubbio, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Arezzo and Spoleto. No less attractive are the countless medieval villages that are in the two regions: Castiglione del Lago, Città della Pieve, Montepulciano, Montalcino...
