Coming to the beautiful Tenuta Castel Venezze, you can immerse yourself in the rural Venetian experience. Your family can relax in the peace and tranquillity of Contessa Maria Giustiniani's Estate. This original villa is the oldest building in the area, dating back to 1400's. Beautiful antiques and ornaments reflect the elegant style of the 15th century.

With the Contessa's concern for  ecology and authenticity, we have developed the estate to retain its rural charm but with the additions of superior modern accommodation.
On warm summer days or long summer evenings, you can go for a swim or enjoy a quiet cocktail by the biological pool. 
The main building, in mellowed red brick, stands at the end of an avenue of ancient lime trees and it is a haven of serenity with a choice of 13 elegant, air-conditioning rooms.

In separate buildings there are 3 apartments, with old terracotta floors, stone fireplaces, and bedrooms which still have a charm without any corresponding lack of the modern comforts of today.  Half an hour away by car is an 18-hole golf course. For those who loves sport activities 2 Km away is a horse riding school.

The exclusive restaurant
Guests can have dinner in our  restaurant, that has been completely rebuilt in a traditional style and is completely reserved for our guests.

Since opening our doors in June 2003 we have aimed to serve top quality food using fresh, local ingredients, imaginatively served and presented in a unstuffy environment to create an atmosphere which allows you to enjoy your dining experience with us to the full.

Cooking philosophy

A careful and continous research for territopry-related ingredients gives freshness and typicalness to the dishes: every recipe is based on local ingredients and research for quality.

Kitchen ingredients
Our meat comes from the best farm of our territory. You can taste some specialities such as ravioli and tagliatelle.  You can also try typical regional food, prepared with fresh ingredients grown in the farm, a variety of pastas , healty meats, vegetables and home made cakes.

Cooking Courses
Are available from March to November. They can vary from a morning or afternoon, to a whole week. Choose from historical regional recipes or modern Italian, whatever you choose will give an unrivalled gastronomic experience.

The wines
Our wine-tasting corner is opened all day long, in order to allow wine tasting in the fashinating atmosphere of Castel Venezze Estate.

We have a large range of selected d.o.c. wines that come from the region, like Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Prosecco.

Since 2004 we offer several activities to do in the villas. You can choose our hand cooking class program or have a wine tour to taste the best red dry wine such as Amarone in the near Valpolicella.
