Housing

The farm now comprises 6 apartments, one of which our family occupies. We have the possibility to accommodate you in 5 different apartments, each of them comfortable and nicely furnished, with a well equiped kitchen.
Each apartment has a garden corner with a table a chairs for outdoors eating.

Santa Barbara 1  (4 persons)
The ground-floor apartment (85 m2) has direct access to the garden.   It comprises one bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed (both rooms with  a ceiling fan), a living room, a large kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub.  It is furnished mostly with antiques and offers beautiful views on the surrounding countryside.

Santa Barbara 2 (2 persons)
This apartment under the roof (30 m2) is on the second floor of an ancient barn that has been fully transformed. The wooden ceilings, beams, and floors give the apartment great charm. It comprises one bedroom with a double bed (ceiling fan) and living room area, a kitchen and a  bathroom with a shower-box. It is furnished mostly with antiques.

Santa Barbara 3  (2-4 persons)
This charming new apartment (50 m2) is located on the ground floor of a new, separate wing of the house, with direct access to the garden. It comprises a bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan, a living room with a pull-out couch (sleeps two) and a fireplace (ideal for a cosy atmosphere in winter), a open kitchen adjacent to the living room, and bathroom with shower.

Santa Barbara 4 (2-4 persons)
This ground-floor apartment (42 m2)  has direct access to the terrace and the garden and has a lovely view on the countryside. It comprises a double bedroom with ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower and a living room with open kitchen (dishwasher) and a pull-out couch (sleeps 2): please note that when the sofa bed is opened, the space is quite diminished! But the couch is very easy to close again in the morning. It is furnished mostly with antiques. This apartment is suitable for wheelchair users.
 It is possible to connect this apartment with the apartment above it (N° 5) : together they will form one large home perfect  for big families!

Santa Barbara 5 (4-5 persons)
This apartment (58 m2) is on the upper floor and has a wonderful view on the garden, the pool and the countryside. It comprises a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms (each with ceiling fan): one with double bed, the other with twin beds (possibility to add a third bed), one bathroom with tub. It is furnished mostly with antics.
This apartment can be connected with the apartment on the ground floor (N° 4) :  together they will form one large home perfect for big families!

For those of you who would like to taste the delicious Venetian cuisine, there is plenty of fantastic restaurants around, and beautiful food markets almost every day in the neighbourhood.

Surroundings

Santa Barbara is in the heart of the famous “Brenta Riviera” with its magnificent villas. Venice and its wonders is only 16 km away, Padua about 25 km, and you can reach the Lido beaches with a 30-minutes boat-ride across the venetian lagoon.
