Housing

We have five rooms, Albicocca (Apricot), Ciliegia (Cherry) and Fragola (Strawberry), at the ground floor with direct access from outside, for 2/3 people each, Mela (Apple) at the first floor and Pera (Pear) at the second, with access through the lounges, for 2 people each.
The rooms have two beds, one sofa-bed and a bathroom with a shower (bathtub in Fragola) and hairdryers.
Ciliegia and Fragola are designed and equipped to accommodate disabled guests as well.

We also have two standard mini-apartments for 4/5 people each: Nespola (Medlar) at the first floor and Pesca (Peach) at the second floor of the Farmhouse.
Their structure is similar: one room with a king-size bed for a couple, a second smaller room with two beds, a large living room with a sofa-bed. In the living room, with TVColor, there is a kitchenette with two electric hotplates, the microwave oven and the fridge.
Each flat has two bathrooms, both with shower (bathtub in Nespola) and hairdryers.

Other two deluxe apartments, Rosa, for 2/3 people, and Lavanda, for 3/4 people, recently restored, develop on two floors and are characterised by refined furnitures and by the best endowments.
Both have at the ground floor the living room equipped with sofa-bed, TVSat, area Wi-Fi, and a little kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, dish-washer and washing-machine. A little bathroom is provided with shower and hairdryer. At the first floor of two apartments there is a big bedroom with two beds (twins or one king size) but in Lavanda there is a second smaller bedroom with a single bed. On th first floor there is a second badroom provided with a beautiful Jacuzzi bathtub and hairdryer.
Both the deluxe apartments are conditioned.

We point out that the Farmhouse is NOT provided with any elevator.

In the corner of the ancient courtyard and origin of La Pila Estate, "La Pila House" is the old "Casa della Pila", ancient mill for pilling the rice founded in 1733, now all restructured and divided in three apartments.
The apartments Magnolia (suitable for 2 people) and Pioppo (suitable for 2/3 people) are located at the ground floor whereas the apartment Salice (suitable for 4/5 people) is at the first floor.

The first two apartments, Magnolia and Pioppo, are roughly 50 square metres wide and are consisting of a lounge with fireplace and sofa bed (single bed in Magnolia and double bed in Pioppo), a kitchen corner (equipped with 4 gasrings, sink, fridge, crockery and kitchenware for 6 people), one bedroom (with two beds which may be joined in a kingsize bed) and one bathroom (with shower and washing machine Whirlpool). The apartments are equipped with some cleaning tools.

The third apartment, Salice, is slightly more than 100 square metres wide and is consisting of a double lounge (with table for 6 people, a three-places sofa, a colour TV and a nice fireplace), kitchen area (equipped with 4 gasrings, traditional oven and microwave oven, double sink, a big fridge, dishwasher, crockery and kitchenware for 8 people), two bedrooms (both with two beds which may be joined in a kingsize bed), a third small bedroom with bunk beds and two bathrooms (shower in the first and bathtub in the second one plus a washing machine Whirlpool). The apartment is equipped with some cleaning tools.

Each apartment has an independent boiler for heating and hot water and an air conditioning machine.
The apartments Magnolia and Salice have both a private terrace of roughly 25 square metres, oriented towards south-west. The terraces are facing a wide area for parking cars.
The apartment Pioppo has direct access from the Via Pila and has got a private area for parking two cars.
The apartments Magnolia and Pioppo have an inside connection door, in case of rentals from a single group/family.

Ancient country court dated back to 1733, built round a mill for rice.
Farm of 44 hectares, cultivated according to natural methods as orchard (apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots and kiwis) and sowed (wheat, mais, soya, potatoes, cabbages, beans and more).
In the old barns we have derived 5 large rooms, of which two for disabled people, all with two beds (plus sofa bed) with private bathroom, two standard mini-apartments and two deluxe apartments, from 2 to 5 people, with one or two bedrooms each, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen corner. Deluxe apartments are air-conditioned.
Large living room with satellite-TV and Wi-Fi corner, covered arcade, pergola, garden, temperate swimming-pool with a whirlpool corner, garden of aromatic herbs, bowls ground, barbecue. Tennis ground free of charge 1 km far away from the Farmhouse. Bike rides.

Restauration and snacks service in any day of the year, only upon booking, only for guests, minimum 8 people. Vegetarian menu or with our white meat.
Lounges with the possibility to organize banquets and meetings.
Accessible to disabled persons. At request baby-sitting. Little and medium size pets are welcome. Large parking. Advanced reservation suggested.
You can find in a ray of 50 Km. the principals cities of arts of northern Italy (Verona, Vicenza, Padova, Rovigo, Ferrara, Mantova) and many other centres of interest as Este, Montagnana, Monselice.
The farm has agreed to respect the Agriturist Disciplinary of quality.
