The house is made up of three apartments: one on the upper level and two on the lower level .The property may also be rented as a single villa with private swimming pool.

In every apartment you will find a lot of brochures about the most beautiful tuscan towns and medieval villages that you can reach in a short time from La Masseria.

The upper level
- LA MASSERIA : The apartment is approximately 100 m2 and suitable for 6 - 8 people. It contains: an ample living/dining area which gives access to a private patio with table and chairs; one double bedroom; one doble bedroom which gives access to a private patio; a bedroom with two single beds; a bathroom with shower; and a bathroom with a bath.
The apartment LA MASSERIA can be divided into two smaller apartments:

TOSCANO suitable for 2 people and contains: a kitchen/dining area (with fridge, freezer and oven)which give access to an equipped patio; a double bedroom; a bathroom with a bath; and a patio with table and chairs.

LA MASSERIA PICCOLA suitable for 2/4 peopla and contains: one little doble bedroom, bathroom, an ample livingroom (approx. 50m2) with a television, a fireplace and a double sofa bed; a kitchen area (with fridge, freezer, oven and microwave oven).
- TOSCANO: 2 persone. Cucina/pranzo con accesso su veranda privata attrezzata per soggiorni all'aperto, camera matrimoniale, bagno.

The lower level
- MULINO A VENTO : The apartment is suitable for 4 - 6 people and it contains: a kitchen/dining area (with fridge, freezer and oven and a double sofa bed); one double room; one room with two single beds (+ 1 single beds if required)a bathroom with a shower; and a patio with table and chairs.
- LA MEZZANA : The apartment is suitable for 3 people and it contains: a kitchen/dining area (with fridge, freezer and oven and a double sofa bed); a double room; a smaller room with one single bed; a bathroom with a bath; and a patio with table and chairs.

During weekly stay we also give baskets of vegetables and fruits of our vegetables garden.

Surroundings

The house is in Martignana, a village that has: a small supermarket, a restaurant, a pizza restaurant, a bar, and a bank. The village is within easy reach of main roads, making it easy for guests to go to the numerous places of artistic and cultural interest within Tuscany.
