Trekking and cycling are possible in the beautiful Tuscan hills nearby. A stone's throw from the beach, for an unforgettable holiday.

Residence L'Oasis, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, offers the opportunity to choose between a beach holiday: the sandy beach at San Vincenzo 6 km away; Rimigliano Park equipped with picnic area and public beach, and Piombino 22 km away (port of shipment for Elba Island); a cultural holiday, visiting local historic sites: Populonia (12 km), Suvereto (10 km), Massa Marittima (30 km), Bolgheri-Castagneto Carducci (a 23 km), Volterra (around 1.5 h), San Gimignano (around 1.5 h), Pisa (around 1 h), Siena (around 1.5 h), and Florence (around 2 h); or a holiday centring around nature and well-being: with sporting equipment available in all nearby towns, Thermal Centres, Protected Natural Parks, and opportunities for hiking and pony-trekking.

Of particular historical interest very nearby are the "Parco Archeominerario di San Silvestro" and the town of Campiglia M.ma (500 metres), a typical example of a mediaeval village.
