The house is situated in the area of “Schioparello” 6 km from the town of Portoferraio. The villa overlooks the magnificent bay of Portoferraio, 3 marine miles away and the cliff of the marine reserve. They are on a 5 hectares private property , with private and direct access to the sea. The house is surrounded by vegetation and is isolated offering quietness and complete relaxation even in the hottest periods of the summer. The house has a beautiful terrace that runs parallel to the beachfront, where one spends most of the day: the sea directly in front and a beautiful beach to suntan or a lovely table to have lunch in the shade of an umbrella. In the entrance of the house there is an open space tiled with large stones, typical of the Island of Elba, surrounded with oleanders and an old Plane tree.
Oleander can host 6 persons. An extra bed can be supplied on request.

Smaller bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed or converted into a bunk bed to make space for an additional extra bed.

A tennis court and restaurant 1 km, 2 km golf “Acquabona" a 9-hole course, wineries dell'Acquabona and "Chiusa"; to 4 km the spas, and other sailing schools in Magazzini and Bagnaia ; Portoferraio 6 km to the harbor, all the services and venues, in addition to the general hospital in the area.

The daily trekking schedule is very well known and crosses the whole island. The 147 kilometres of beaches; sand, stone/coble ,rocks or cliffs offer different forms of relax and sports for divers, surfers and particularly for children. In the towns of Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri,Marina di Campo, Marciana Marina, Marciana, Poggio, Rio Elba e Rio Marina close to shops and markets and pleasure, there is also much to discover for all the art and culture lovers, there is also a huge variety of restaurants .
