Villa Càrcara is indeed immersed in the “Val di Noto” (“Noto Valley”), a Unesco World Heritage, between Ragusa (9 km) and Marina di Ragusa (8 km circa), a popular sea-side of the Eastern Sicily.

The inland offers journeys of great cultural value: Ragusa Ibla, Kamarina and its museum of ancient Greece history, the “Castello di Donnafugata” ("Donnafugata Castle"), the baroque city of Noto, Piazza Armerina and its Roman Villa “del Casale”, together with many other legacies from infinite dominations and cultures.
