The holiday home “Podere Nannera” is about 800 metres from the house lies the medieval village of Malmantile, with walls dating from the fourteenth century. Here, there is a post office, a bar, a grocery store and tennis courts. The larger town of Lastra a Signa lies 5km away, where there is a municipal swimming pool and a hypermarket.
A large kitchen (of about 19 m2) with an open hearth, a dining room of around 17 m2 and a lounge of around 27 m2.

The apartment is part of a restored traditional Tuscan country house fitted with air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter. It is surrounded by a lawn of over 1000 m2 , shaded by olive trees and a pergola of kiwi.
Where we areNestling in the hills to the west of Florence, the house is on the land of a farm which covers around 35000 m2 (3 and a half hectares) and has over 550 olive trees and 14000 metres of DOCG Chianti grapevines. The surrounding countryside is typically Tuscan and the unique city centre of Florence is only an half hour away by car.
