Old farmhouse completely restored rigorously using original materials. The roof beams are in chestnut, the floor in handmade cotto, the external walls are made of bricks and river stones. The careful restructuring has allowed to maintain the classical typology of a Teramo farmhouse of the beginning of the XIX century. From the cottage, which is located on a hill, you can enjoy a wonderful view surrounded as it is by olive and maritime pine trees.

The use of the swimming pool is free. There is the possibility of excursions both hiking or with mountain bikes You can do archery, extemporaneous painting and fishing. In the immediate surroundings there are tennis courts, mini-football pitches, a riding-ground, bowling, discos and water parks.

Where we are

The excellent location of the house allows to reach in only 10 minutes, the Adriatic Sea and the beaches of Tortoreto, Giulianova and Alba Adriatica. For the mountain lovers, it is possible to reach Gran Sasso in only thirty minutes. In the surrounding area there is the Fortress of Civitella del Tronto (10 minutes away), the Sacred Steps of Campli (10 minutes away), the romanic churches of Santa Maria a Vico in S.Omero and of San Martino in Nereto( both 10 minutes away) and the medieval town of Ascoli Piceno ( 30 minutes).
