“Canapina” farm is located in Montecarotto, in the heart of an important area where the Verdicchio wine is made. Besides the high quality offer of wines, in Montecarotto our guests can enjoy charming cultural activities and events such as the Mail Art Museum, the Municipality Theatre, and festivals of tipical products and crafts. Being located in between the Esino and the Misa rivers valleys, Montecarotto is the perfect place where to organize trips to visit the several treasures of the sorroundings – Frasassi Caves, .
The holding consists of a farmhouse, a large shed and a fertile land planted with several native qualities of olive trees.
Besides the olive grove, the holding hosts a little copse producing rare woods, a wide vegetable garden and a orchad where we grow the vegetable and the fruit our guests will find on your table. All of our cultivations are strictly produced by organic methods.
For their stay, our residents can choose accomodation in en-suite bedrooms or flats. From the terrace on the backyard they can also enjoy the wonderful view of the Marchesan hills and, in bright days, the sight can even catch glimpses of the sea. This pleasant landscape can be also admired while having a bath in the swimming pool or relaxing on a deckchair.
Our farmhouse is a very friendly environement were our guests can eat a good meal, peacefully read a book, or, in wintertimes, sit by the fireplace. The former shed has been restored into the dining room while the outside front area has kept the tipical look of a country farmyard.
