The farm holiday Santa Maria lies in the heart of Umbria in the neighbourhood of San Venanzo, among the historical towns of Orvieto, Todi and Perugia in the protected area of the Monte Peglia Park.
In this little uncontaminated paradise among oak trees and torrents easy to reach, near at the more important city, like Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi.
The Santa Maria Farm is surrounded by secular oak trees and junipers forest.
It comprises 50 hectares of land divided between biological olive groves and arable land, where cereals such as, oats barley and durum, wheat are cultivated and certified by the "Suolo e Salute" with two daisies.
Traditional farming methods are used involving no dangerous pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
In the seasonal periods while walking around on the small paths you can pick strawberries, mushrooms, wild asparagus, truffles and chicory and find the Faena torrent that runs across the property or little tiny country churches made of stone.
