Our villa is immersed in a beautiful historical park looking at the medieval walls in the center of Este, a fine ancient town at the edge of the Euganean Hills Park.
At a stone's throw is the famous city castle built in 1339 by Umbertino da Carrara and the Mocenigo Palace (one of the most important archaeological Museums in Italy). The Duomo contains a remarkable Tiepolo's painting (1759) and its bells will be your local time mark. Shelley and Byron's Villa is just on top of the hill, with a magnificent view of Este, as you walk out from the front gate of our villa.
