Our house, wich dates from the end of the nineteenth century, is an old rustic-stile building, which has been recently renovated, but still has all the original features. The baglio (a typically Sicilian building with a number of different dwellings e.g. the main house, stables, servants quarters, built round a courtyard) have a mather house and dependance renovated the 2003.
The house have central heating for winter and air-conditioning for summer. Around the house is an Arab-style orchard, containing a rich variety of mature fruit trees. In front to the house the are two opened places to have breakfast and barbecue in the evening.
There is the internal car-park. Fresh farm produce can also be bought from neighbouring houses.
In the house you'll find a wide variety of information giving details of possible day trips.
The geographical location of Case Colomba makes it an ideal starting point for day trips to numerous places of interest in western Sicily.
