An ancient farmhouse transformed into a residential oasis, immersed in the shimmering golden reflections of the wheat fields, the green reaches of the gardens and the supreme peace of the gently sloping hills of the Marches.
Il Boschetto extends over 16 hectares close to the delightful mediaeval village of Arcevia (AN), set in the heart of the green hills of the Marches.
The estate offers six comfortable and spacious self-catering apartments, with characteristic terracotta floors, stone fireplaces and open-beamed ceilings, where the furnishings have been carefully selected to preserve the atmosphere and warmth of the past through a combination of the rustic country tradition and touches of antique elegance.
Guests have at their disposal a beautiful panoramic swimming pool of 12x6 metres, lawns and gardens around the farmhouse, a small wood with a botany trail, a children’s playground, a small football-volleyball pitch, and outdoor areas equipped with barbecue, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
There is no restaurant on the premises but there are several excellent ones in Arcevia and the immediate environs. We shall be delighted to advise you, offering different recommendations each day so that you can enjoy the superb food and wine specialities of the Marches.
THE SWIMMING POOL
Our swimming pool is situated in a beautiful panoramic and sunny position, with an all-round view of the green hills of the Marches. 12 metres by 6, it is 160 m deep, with a special area for children which is just 50 cm deep. Also at the disposal of our younger guests is an inflatable pool of 3 metres by 1.5, as well as an array of water toys.
The sun terrace around the swimming pool is fully equipped with deckchairs and sun-beds, tables and chairs, with cool shade provided by a gazebo and beach umbrellas.

A place where words are not necessary to experience intense feelings and profound peace: you simply immerse yourself in a triumph of colours and an infinity of evocative emotions: the gold of the wheat, the deep yellow of the sunflowers, the silver of the olive groves…
In this refreshing atmosphere our guests can relax at the edge of the beautiful swimming pool, read a book beneath the green shade of a tree, wander along the verdant paths, plan an excursion on horseback or by mountain bike, visit one of the numerous art cities within easy reach, and in the summer evenings enjoy a barbecue in the open air in the enchanting silence, illuminated by the thousand glittering lights of the little villages scattered over the nearby hills, like an eternal crib.
WHERE WE ARE
IL BOSCHETTO is situated in the vicinity of ARCEVIA (AN) a suggestive mediaeval village 535 metres above sea level, in the heart of the green hills of the Marches.
Just a few kilometres from the sea and very close to the wonderful FRASASSI caves, the most striking of Europe. ANCONA, URBINO, JESI and LORETO are within easy reach, as are many fascinating art cities including ASSISI, GUBBIO, PERUGIA….
