The Country House "La Rosa Tea" is placed at 2,5 Km about from Urbania, the ancient Casteldurante, which is situated on the foothills of the Apennines in the centre of Marche.
The House is placed on the top of a hill which offers a panoramical view of the surrounding mountains Catria & Nerone. The House is part of a farm of 45 hectars, fields are planted with cereals and forages. There are woods, a vineyard and a orchard too.
