
Agriturismo La Casaccia is a medieval manor restructured according to the Fiorentine architecture of the 17th century.
It is within walking distance from the village of Montaione (approx. 1 km.) on a hill in the middle of Chianti Region, 350 metres above sea livel.
It is an ideal residence for a relaxing vacation, given the wonderful climate and the nice garden with sorrounds the property.
The carefully restructured ancien chapel at thje entrance constitute the receptio, its history dates back to the 15th century.
Florence can be reached by car in less than a hour, San Gimignano in 15 minutes and Volterra in 20 minutes. Pisa, Lucca, and Siena are all 50 km. away.
Borgo La Casaccia boasts twelve apartments, from smaller 2- br to very spacious 4 -br apartmentsthat can accomodate up to 8 people.
There is one swimmimg pool for adults (25x5 m.) and one for children (10x5 m.), a fecend garden, a ping-pong table and laundry room.
All apartments are extremely functional and furnisched in traditional Tuscany style.
Each one hs a phone with direct line and satellite TV.
The swimming pool is open from the end of April to 15 october.

The adults’ swimming pool (25 x 5m) has a sloping floor meaning that it can be used for dives (making our younger guests’ stays even more fun!). There is a toddlers’ section in the children's pool so that younger family members don’t miss out on the splashing. Please note that the pools are not attended and children are under parents' responsibility at all times.
The garden is equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, loungers, and beach umbrellas; guests may eat al fresco and cook on the barbecue. The outdoor facilities also include a ping-pong table and child’s swing.
All holiday apartments have a clothes stand.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets to make your stay insect-free.
