Beautifully restored, is surrounded by an ample park rich in trees and flower beds. The house is situated few kilometres away from the major motorway Valdichiana exit, on the outskirts of the charming hamlet of Bettolle, in a strategic position to reach some of the most beautiful towns in central Italy such as Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Orvieto, Florence, Pienza e Montepulciano. In the proximity, there are a golf-course and riding grounds.

“Il Melograno”, furnished with air conditioned, comprises a double bed room, bath with shower, sitting room with cooking facilities and a double divan-bed, satellite Tv.
