Welcome at the heart of the Maremma, one step away from the sea, you’ll find us ready to welcome you in our establishment: a small holiday farm crowned by vineyards and sweet hills.
Here, centuries before Romans settled, Etruscans colonized the zone leaving evident civilization signs till today.

The establishment is located in the middle of a hill, 60 meters above the sea level, you’ll be refreshed by the summer breeze blowing from Follonica’s Golf.
Easy to reach, only a few hundred meters away from the roman road: the Aurelia, you’ll find us ready to receive you and to help you enjoying the best of a territory so rich in tastes and colours.

Our holiday farm offers a wide range of services to its guests, the apartments are wide and entirely furnished, equipped with air conditioner and heating.
As for the activities available on place there is a swimming pool and a garden.
You’d like to practice some yoga? Enjoy a massage? It’s all available upon request. If you’d like to move a little bit you can ride horses, play golf, enjoy the thermal baths or go sightseeing at the Etruscan ruins.
You can rent a bicycle or make wine and gastronomy tours, everything is within reach.
The sea is only 15km away and is easy to reach offering you a delightful opportunity to escape from the chaotic city life.

Where we are

Le Vigne Di Caldana is located at the town of Gavorrano, previously a miner town that has a miner park today, and a theatre offering shows well-known at a national level.
The Etruscan ruins are rather represented and very well conserved.
The zone is rich in vineyards having an oenological value for the whole country.
It is possible to taste this zone’s wines and to attend while they are made.
You’ll be at the centre of a frontier zone between land and sea where history and traditions still brand the unchangeable peacefulness of time.
The most beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea coast are easy to reach (about 15 minutes by car).
It is possible to visit the Tuscan archipelago undertaking a mini-cruise starting at Castiglione della Pescaia.
A very modern harbour is located at Punta Ala, it is highly equipped for any kind of embarkation.
A few kilometres away it is also possible to see the important museum as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Vetulonia.
There are lots of medieval villages, Massa Marittima is among the most beautiful of them as well as the old village between the walls of the chief town of Grosseto.

For nature and trekking lovers a lot of itineraries and possibilities are available: the Maremma Park is only half an hour away from us, there you can still admire the cowboys working with the free herds of horses and buffalos.
You can reach the Elba island shipping from Piombino (half an hour away by car), while driving along the Aurelia for about 40 minutes to the south you’ll find the Santo Stefano harbour and the uncontaminated nature of the Argentario, with the suggestive Orbetello.
On the inland, many thermal baths are available, we are 50 minutes away from Saturnia and 30 minutes away from the thermal waters of Vetulonia (Calidario).
The major towns such as Siena, Pisa and Livorno are just one hour away from us.
