On the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in the green shade of a pine grove, the antique villa dating back to the Seicento, dependancies, private chapel, long walls, park and large swimming pool (5/15m). In this original complex, today three typical farmhouses with indipendent external area.
The property and the series of buildings give testimony to various activities of the ancient farm, view of tobacco and sunflowers's country, the antique villa and dependancies, verandas opened in the park, beautiful common saloon for the guests.

The farmhouses furnished with period pieces and the fireplaces from the Seicento. The sinks are the stone lavandini of the original dwelling, the shelves in the kitchen are the original tables which the contadini placed their bread from the wood -fried ovens. The stone walls are plastered, the pavement and ceiling are in the original old terracotta tiles with wood beams. The family who lives in the antique villa is the depositary of the rural history of Morra.
About the swimming pool in the property: it is large 5 metres and long 15 metres. the swimming pool is in one internal floor and so the water is always deep 1.40/1.50 metres/centimetri, I'dont'remember exactly but the internal water isn't more hight than 1.50metres/centimetres. It' is always 1metres and half (1.50metres/centimetres) or 1.40metres centimetes of water. In every part of the pool an adult are able to touch the internal floor.
Of course this is size isn't too dangerous for the children or baby.
There is a large staircase in a cornel of the pool,adapt to sit down babies or grandparents as another access to the pool. There are 5/6 stairs and after the water is always deep 1.50 meters/centimetres (the exactly size I don't remember in this moment). There arent any type of handles near this internal staircases into the pool. So the pool isn't from undeep to deep and there are the big stairs of concrete in a corner of the pool at the part of the pool that has the size 1.40/1.50max metres/centimetres.
The dependance (the common and beautiful saloon with ping pong) and the external veranda opened in the park and the long walls are easy accesses for invalid and persons wheelchair bounds ).
Ping pong ,barbecues,bikes,laundry, room with local products.
Isolated in the peace of the natural park of the property but near the centre (services ,markets..)

Lago Trasimeno is about 55km from La Terrazza sul Macchietto's Agritourism; fishing, watersports, boat trips to the islands, lovely beaches, visits to Passignano and Castiglion del Lago's city.
Sea: less than 1+1/2 hour by car from the property.

The property is closed into the park ( pine grove and opened country ). Nearby the little village of Morra (post-office, small shops, bars, supermarkets), less than 500metres from the principal place in a part of the property. It's possible to listen ringing the bells of the village from the property.Trestina (banks, train 's
station, shops ) 15 minutes by car.
Città di Castello, (20 min.), Gubbio ,Cortona, Borgo S.Sepolcro, Trasimeno lake( 30min), Perugia (40min), Assisi, Arezzo (1 hour by car).
