The Passatore Country House can be used as a Farm House, bed & breakfast and home vacation. Various genuine local products from the Sabinian and Umbrian’s land can be tasted. In particular the extra virgin olive oil, wines from Sabinian hills, honey, mountain leg ham and other kinds of gastronomic specialities.

The meals can be ordered in the morning for your desired time and prepared from the best local restaurants in the area. The renting can regard the entire structure (3 apartments, pool, mini soccer field etc.) or if it’s feasible with different needs or availability of a distinctive part of the structure ( such as a single apartment, single room, reception room etc.). It’s possible to organise upon requests small non professional sporting events utilising the local sporting complex. Moreover, in nearby vicinities the following activities may be done:

a) equestrian activities with a possibility of private lessons for beginners and horse riding or trekking for experienced riders.
b) Mini soccer five-a-side
c) Fishing (approx. 800m. away you’ll find the Tiber river and there’s an artificial lake at 5km. away where it can be done even at night).
d) At 5km away there’s a small airport at Otricoli where you can take a flight with ultralight planes.
