The Agriturismo La Fraternita, imbedded in the splendid scenery between the Val di Chiana and the Val D'Orcia, is situated 3 km from Montepulciano, the precious Italian Renaissance jewel case keeping rare beauties which make this city known all over the world: culture, art, nature, Italian cuisine and let us not forget the Vino Nobile, one of Tuscany's most appreciated wines.

Thanks to its privileged and solitary position, La Fraternita enjoys an extraordinary landscape framed by Montepulciano, Montefollonico, and the striking and wonderful Val di Chiana with a view over Cortona and on the Apennines on the horizon.

From May until September, the minimum time of stay is one week.

The apartments are rented from Saturday until Saturday. In Low Season, if you would like to stay just for a few days, you can contact us, the agriturismo has rooms with bathroom and breakfast at its disposal.

Reception of the guests:
arrival Saturday between 16:00 and 19:00 and departure the following Saturday at 10:00

The price inludes:
light, water, gas, kitchenware, tablecloth, tea cloths, bed and bath linen with weekly change, use of swimming pool and equipment at the guests' disposal.

The price does not include:
heating (paid according to the amount consumed), bath towel, last day cleaning.

In the vicinity of the cottage you can also find : welfare centres, tennis fields, bicycle and mountain bike hire, horse riding.
It is also possible to reach Montepulciano and Montefollonico by feet departing from the cottage.
