A recently renovated early 18th Century olive farm house with barn, situated on a sunny hillside in Gello di Palaia in the province of Pisa.
The farm sits in 31 hectares of woods and olive groves which enjoys a mild climate, and is just a few kilometres from the sea.
Countryside walks or mountain bike rides are a pleasant pass-time in the Podere estate. Where wild boars, hares, deer, foxes and pheasant are frequent visitors.
A short distance away it is possible to visit many historic towns and arts.
