Il Colle delle Querce is a young business which Our main activity is viticulture.
In our vineyard, we have vines typical of Lazio which are used for the production of Bianco Capena DOC (denominazione di origine controllata-controlled designation of origin), as well as vines such as Merlot and Carbernet Sauvignon used for the production of IGT (indicazione geografice tipica- indication of geographical origin) red wine. Both of these wines are produced in our cantina where you will find a welcoming tasting area inside the barrique room.
We make extra virgin olive oil to meet our own needs from our small olive grove (in the phase of expansion) and we harvest all of the products that nature gives us seasonally from our garden and what we do not use is preserved so that we do not waste any of nature’s fruits.
Our animal area is quite varied.
We raise bees, donkeys from Monte Amiata, Italian heavy draught horses and all of the so-called “farmyard animals” which our grandmothers raised on their farms: chickens, rabbits, turkeys, geese, pigeons, goats and pigs.
In our optimum restaurant you will eat traditional foods, revised and perfected by our chef, Giordano. In the bar you can enjoy a cool drink and in the morning you can sit down and have a nice breakfast with our own home-made sweets.
We can offer you or recommend to you a series of activities for your vacation or your break from work, or we can give you some advice on what to do when you arrive here.
We are always at your disposal to help you have a pleasant stay.
Your pets will always be warmly welcomed.
We are organizing a tour guide service with various itineraries so that you may discover the beauty of the surrounding areas.
In our agritourism, you can visit The Oak Tree, a wellness center equipped with everything necessary to rebalance your mind and body. Le Cerque center offers wellness packages to guests of the agritourism and also to external guests.
