In our farm you can spend relaxing holidays and nice week-ends in the middle of the peaceful tuscan country. We raise a range of farm-animals and grow organic cereals, fruits and olive-trees.
In the Farmhouse "Podere il Pratone" you will have the opportunity to taste our the self-made products, together with our cheese which we make from december till may.
The farmhouse has been renovated in the last years and is located in the heart of our property of 37 hectares. Part of the land is cultivated (hard wheat and other cereals) and part is left to the wood. A vast range of original self-vegetation can be discovered by following the old country paths that go across the property. You will have the opportunity to enjoy with us the real country athmosphere and to see the wild animals in their natural enviroment (deers, porcupines, badgers, turtles, foxes...)
Outside the apartments you will find a big garden with swimming-pool, barbecue, parking and a famous big holm-oak tree under which our guests usually relax. If you want can also assist us in our shepherd and farm activities….Pets are allowed.
This is the ideal place where to meet and spend holidays together with family or friends. It is a good point where to make excursions or study-trip (we can accept max. 15-18 persons. On request we also offer halfboard accomodation.
Our family takes care of the small restaurant, however each apartment has his own kitchen.
