LA COLOMBAIA: a home surrounded by green and tranquillity
La Colombaia is located in the heart of the Garfagnana region, within a small extra-virgin olive oil farm. It is a two-family home offering a relaxing holiday immersed within vast olive tree groves, in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, half way between the historic town of Lucca and the beaches of Viareggio. The homes are extremely safe and indicated for families with children given the total absence of traffic.
The house is strategically placed to explore Tuscany: a ten minutes' drive will take you to Lucca and Viareggio, respectively. Under an hour's drive from Florence, the house is also close to the beautiful towns of Pisa, Pistoia and Collodi (each just twenty minutes' drive away). A five minutes' drive will take you to Massaciuccoli lake, a natural heritage site. The house a is thirty minutes' drive away from the exiting town of Forte dei Marmi with its beautiful beaches. Just over an hour's drive will take you to Genoa.

A few kilometres away are the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi.
